Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit a contact or quote request form, email us, or call us, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and details about your project or inquiry.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and general usage data. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.
Phone calls. We use a call tracking service (CallRail) to measure how callers find us. When you call a tracking number on our site, we collect your phone number, the date, time, and duration of the call, and the marketing source of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes; where calls are recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call.

Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how it is used. We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to produce aggregate statistics about site traffic. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf: website hosting and content delivery (WP Engine, with a Cloudflare-based CDN), our customer relationship management system (Salesforce), analytics (Google), call tracking (CallRail), and email delivery. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
- Our affiliates, such as Quarra Italia S.r.l., where a project involves them
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above. Inquiry records are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward in our CRM. Project and business records are kept as long as required for legal, accounting, and warranty purposes. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain uses. We honor these requests regardless of your state where we reasonably can. To exercise any of these rights, email us at sales@quarrastone.com or call +1 608 246 8803. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Visitors from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases: to take steps at your request before entering a contract (responding to inquiries and quotes), our legitimate interests (site security, improving our services), your consent where required, and legal obligations. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our website and systems are hosted in the United States; where data is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and our providers’ participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
