Quarra Stone Company is committed to making quarrastone.com accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We are actively working to ensure our website is usable by people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This website is currently partially conformant, meaning some content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are continuing to test and improve.
What we have done
- Corrected text color contrast so content is easier to read.
- Added a main content landmark and confirmed the “skip to content” link works for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Corrected the heading order so the page outline is logical for assistive technology.
- Enlarged small contact links so they are easier to activate.
- Removed a third-party accessibility plug-in widget in favor of building accessibility into the website itself.
Known limitations
